Most foreigners are inconvenienced but have the funds to survive. I've seen tons of stuff on that. I'm curious how the locals are doing, the ones that tend to live hand to mouth. How are those people making making it?

Sister-in-law in Laguna (very badly affected area) with husband (no work due to the quarantine) and 4 children (age range 6 months to age 14) have received ZERO support - no money, no food, no water. We have stepped in to save them - but it concerns me about many other families who are in similar circumstances.

Most are getting by with a little help from their friends. If you have a chance, be a friend. Anonymously of course for your own good.
