    Hallo
    Can anyone told me about following regulations, and where I can find it.

    I have an Air Ticket showing that I leave the Philippines at sunday, February 23, 2014.
    How many days before Depature is the ECC valid ?
    When have I last to apply for an ECC ?

    That is what I was told in BI Mandaue at the beginning of October. As to how far in advance to get it . . I got mine at BI Mandaue on a Monday and left on that Friday with no problems.
