What do you do in the UK when it,s winter and cold and damp? Last night, while keeping warm and relaxed I started to watch a BBC-TV programme called Great British Rail Journey's. It is presented by a ex politician Michael Portillo. He just happen to be taking a rail journey through Scotland in this episode. To make the program (American spelling) interesting he points out places of interest or famous people who lived there. What made last nights episode interesting was ANDREW CARNEGIE was born there to a poor family and it unfolded that he went on to be the richest most generious man in the world. "I never knew that" Well worth watching if you have access to BBC I-player. Hope you guy's are finding way's to keep cool......... JB BBC News - Andrew Carnegie: The man who gave it all away
