ACR iCard Immigration office in Cebu

I hope someone can provide me with the current telephone no. of the Immigration Office in Cebu City. The numbers mentioned in the internet (032) 345-6442-4 didn't work. I tried them for several days and different times of the day.

Maybe a call to the Local office will help.(035) 225 4401 they must have the Number.

It has been my experience that BI respond quickly to requests on their Facebook page. May I suggest you try asking there for the number?

 

The numbers you quoted are the ones I have. Strange that only Yesterday, a Friend text me with the same request. Obviously there is a problem if even our Field office have no other contact No's either and if they are using these numbers they wont get through Either

I had that same problem few months ago. I couldnt get a phone number to the CEBU office except the one on the website plus the one given to me by the dumaguete office, and every time I called it said "Number is not in service" or something similar to that extent however I was able to get a fax number which worked and used an internet service to send over a fax telling them to contact me and I received a call from them on a personal cell # not even an hour later. So, yes Id say something is up with their phone #/service. Ill look through my records on my phone and see if I still have the cell #.
