Just came across something today that absolutely blows my mind. It’s an inexpensive, expandable shoe for children. Home | The Shoe That Grows. I haven’t seen such a shoe, and I don’t know anything about the company, but if this is for real, and it appears to be, it could certainly be one of the most useful products ever for the Philippines. No matter how tight a budget we may be on, I think most of us could afford $12 to purchase a pair of shoes for a child who otherwise must walk to school barefoot.
