Anyone able to give me the rundown on changing vehicle registration name requirements? I'm about to buy a 2nd hand scooter and want to know what all I'll need. Of course registration and original receipt. I assume something like a deed of sale with a notary or something or that sort? Also estimated cost of any documents I need to get from current owner and cost to change the registration name as well. Thanks.
