I know that we can use Magic Jack or Vonage to call back to the US, but are there services where you can call local numbers in the Philippines via the internet while in the Phills?

 

yeah!Avail skype with their regular accounts, not the free accounts

 

If you have an account with Magic Jack you can use it here, but it cost's more than the cell phone. Unless they have changed something.
