Anyone know of a good TV technician? I have a 7 yr old 55" Samsung that keeps blowing the internal fuse, but no idea why. I'd rather have it fixed, if possible, than buy another. Any assistance appreciated. Thanks

Any chance you plugged in an HMDI cable as I have experienced loss of picture (not total failure) when so doing - but I am fairly sure the HMDI was defective and possibly shorting.

Asked the neighbour and they said they can have a look at it, but don't do Samsung warranty work now. Assume the tv is out of warranty at that age anyway. They said could be your power supply is the issue, but they would take a look. If you want to take it to them, here's directions:

Take Jose Romereo Rd to/from Valencia/Dumaguete. If travelling from Dumaguete their shop is in Junob, before the Elementary School crossroads (new Diversion Road crossing). There is a blue/red sign high up pointing to DACCA on the right. Their shop is just 50 mtrs before that on the same side. There are blue and red signs outside (the entrance is set slightly back with a ditch separating from the highway).

They will be honest with you about the problem (you won't get screwed there).
