    So it is common even here in Dumaguete that places do not open until 10am? Sorry if I appear ignorant; but maybe it is a good thing I am fashionably late arriving in town on my 1 to 3 visits a month as I assumed the majority of businesses all opened around 8am to 9am... :o o: (YES I realise what happens when one 'assumes' :tongue: lol)

    They do open at 8 to 9 am. You need to get a Filipino watch to tell time in the Philippines.

    No need to have a Filipino watch, I have an old made in China watch, is always one hour behind. Any serious offer and sold to the highest bidder.
