You u dont have to use a starter for every batch. Just use 100ml of the old yoghurt to make a new yoghurt. Can make easily 5 to 10 liters from the first batch. Depends a bit how clean you process is, don't contaminated with other bacteria i mean. Actually you dont need to use a starter, can use any live yoghurt but starters are a easy way to have in the house.
So is that one of the small bags (80 of for P543 as on Lazada) per batch, therefore 80 batches of yogurt?
