Make your own. I have been for 10 years, got sick of local yogurts full of sugar even when labeled Plain.

don't need a yogurt maker, every Philippine house has one! Yes a rice cooker set on " Keep" just put an inch of water in the rice cooker pot and put your container of UHT milk ( preferably NZ milk ) with a sachet of dried yogurt started cover and leave overnight . in the morning perfect thick creamy not sweet yogurt ( you can always add honey later?

where to get the yogurt starter https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/...o4l.searchlist.list.3.13363038vOIiAA&search=1
Get a lazada account like shoppee its free can buy almost anything COD delivered. 500 peso 10 sachets or 10 liters plain yogurt.

You u dont have to use a starter for every batch. Just use 100ml of the old yoghurt to make a new yoghurt. Can make easily 5 to 10 liters from the first batch. Depends a bit how clean you process is, don't contaminated with other bacteria i mean.

Actually you dont need to use a starter, can use any live yoghurt but starters are a easy way to have in the house.

So is that one of the small bags (80 of for P543 as on Lazada) per batch, therefore 80 batches of yogurt?

    for 1 liter its a 5-gram freeze-dried
Yes, its a 5-gram freeze-dried culture sachet per liter of milk. but actually it can be less as the culture grows in the milk it would just take longer if you start with less than 5 gram
    culture
