Anyone know of any apartments or houses for rent, 2 br with a decent enough living room/kitchen area? Looking Dumaguete area (not Bacong or further, not to much past Citimall / airport (Sibulan proper to far), and not up in Valencia but could be up the mainroad a bit. Could be unfurnished or semi furnished. Needs to allow small dogs. Should have some sort of airflow and not be to hot (like some of these sweat box apartments). Standards aren't very high anymore other then want availability to pldt or globe dsl, or pldt fiber prefered. Looking for 9-12k. I've seen a few but issue usually comes down to internet availability being full or just out of reach.
