    I am looking for a house for rent near St Pauls or Agan-an, or along that area, preferably near the beach. Budget is 3,000 to 5,000 pesos.

    well, we pay 5k... 3 bedroom big sala, huge kitchen, annex for maid, small garden, mango and banana trees, but of course we deserve also... hehe

    so things are around for that price :-) but you gonna be a very lucky one... good success
