    The same way a gas motorcycle is done. Go to shop, park bike, pay normal fee, and 200 P extra fee for expedited service and drive out with certificate saying you have passed... nothing else is done.

    My mistake. I was trying to apply a little logic to the LTO. I figured since they were directly addressing the issue of e-bikes they had implemented a new law/rule that would provide details on how to bypass the part of the existing law that requires smoke tests for all vehicles. I see it is just business as usual. Silly me. :coffee2:
