i understand that road repair's a necessity, bt i guess, they forgot to plan well the traffic management. imagine, straight one month, i was late for work because no cab drivers would try to go in calindagan due to the cloud-like dust.

anyway, i just hope Highways will do something to hasten the project.

You realize of course, that this is the 2nd time they've fixed that Calindagan road (fronting Joebon Marketing and Don Bosco) in the past 5 years? Third time in the past 15 years. I sure hope they get it right this time.

i didn't know that. i came here in dumaguete just 2007. if that'll be the case, then something's you know fishy. the full cemented road should last for 10 years. that's the ideal target since road repair project is really costly.

that road in calindagan in not just an ordinary city road but a national highway for buses and trucks from the north to the south. they should've finished that before they've done the siliman avenue road.

another thing is that the rainy season approaching. they should be considering that, too
