    Using skilled labor.

In Alaska our Materials:Labor cost ratio is ~60:40.
    In Oklahoma it is ~40:60.
    In Mississippi it is ~35:65.
In Negros Oriental it is ~XX:XX?

If you have wrenchs you're a mechanic. Hammer and saw them a carpenter if you add a square to the tools then a cabinet maker.
Seriously some of the tradesman here are outstanding. You need to look at jobs they have done for other customers.
I watched the guy that built my house cut a cornice molding by eye. If I had a $1000 compound angle miter saw the job would not be as good.

    Takes me back:

    If I had a hammer,
    I'd hammer in the morning,
    I'd hammer in the evening,
    All over this land,

    I'd hammer out danger,
    I'd hammer out a warning,
    I'd hammer out love between,
    My brothers and my sisters,

    All over this land.
    If I had a bell,
I'd ring it in the morning,
I'd ring it in the evening,

    All over this land,
    I'd ring out danger,
    I'd ring out a warning,
    I'd ring out love between.

    If I had a karaoke,
    I'd sing all day,
    I'd sing every day,
    All over this land.

I may have added the last verse ... and I may have accidentally taken this off-topic.
