But to tell you the truth, if you try and take care of your health here, most minor ailments and dental can comfortably be paid out of pocket. Medical care here is not a ripp-off like in the US.

Yes, Melvin you are right that's TRICARE not Medicare. Not only retired servicemen are eligible for TRICARE, but also their dependents are under that program, too. enjoying the fringe benefit from UNCLE SAM.
