Tourists of Dumaguete, Philippines who are into diving have yet to visit Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop. Divers who will visit this dive shop are guaranteed to feel comfortable as it has a family-atmosphere. As a matter of fact, even if it is a dive shop, a lot of people love hanging out in the place to talk with their fellow divers or just to sit and relax.

The owner of Adventure Dive Shop is Mike Feeney, who is a PADI instructor. He runs his dive shop with his wife Joe Ann and with the help of his staff. Feeney completed his PADI Instructor course in a place called Dauin, which is near Dumaguete, in 2004. Soon thereafter, he became a divemaster at the San Francisco Bay Area before coming back to the Philippines to share his outdoor adventure experiences with both locals and tourists. Feeney also manages a dive shop in Cebu.

His wife Joe Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Negros Oriental State University. She is the one who takes care of the trip planning details for their clients and she is the one who manages the café and coffee shop located in the same establishment where Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop is situated.

All kinds of clients who are interested in diving are very welcome to visit Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop. Feeney is very much willing to be an instructor for beginners and for those who want to enhance their diving skills. Feeney and his wife are very efficient and effective in designing the perfect package for their clients. Some of the activities that they offer are an island hopping excursion, and an exploration of plunging waterfalls and caves. Clients may even have the opportunity to ride in the private dive boat of Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop, which is fifty feet, just to reach Apo Island.

The staff of Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop is very hospitable too. If their clients don’t have a place to stay yet, the dive shop’s staff will go the extra mile to make the reservations for them. If clients belong to one large group, they can even ask the Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop staff to pick them up from the airport and assist them to their hotel.

After experiencing all the fun of diving, clients can opt to relax more in the Waterfront Café that is being managed by Joe Ann. It offers Mexican snacks that have started to become popular in Dumaguete. Both the dive shop and the café are open from nine in the morning until ten in the evening.

The exact address of Mike’s Adventure Dive Shop is #48 Rizal Avenue, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines 6200. Clients may contact either Mike or Joe Ann Feeney, or their staff, at +63 (921) 7260858 or may e-mail them at adventurediveshop@yahoo.com.
