    Had occasion to visit this place twice over a week ago.

    the first Opthalmalogist I saw a Dr Flores was less than good, however the second one Dr. Jabines was a lot more thorough, actually took a patient history and prescribed a better treatment that actually worked.

    Talking to another ex-pat later it wold seem he had also had problems with Dr Flores and the treatment prescribed.
