Have to answer several pages of Admissions and other questions regarding a US family court matter. My US attorney is out of the net until 1 July. I have answered 80% so far..but getting bogged down. I have a deadline to meet..the paralegal will put my answers in order and type them. They really know how to pile on the paperwork...it’s a lot of admit or deny questions...but the wording is tricky. Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.
Not sure if you are wanting/needing an attorney? Can the paralegal not help? I am sure there are plenty of attorneys in Dumaguete that can help if that is what you need.
you might contact larry of pinayvisa, he was a us trained paralegal in another lifetime. pinayvisa@yahoo.com.
Decided to finish it myself using my IPad, typing in Document file then copy paste to the email. That way the paralegal in the US doesn’t have to retype it. 3 hours..rented office space at Silliman West. What I needed was a quiet place to work...cost..375 pesos, including coffee and using the copier.
