    ...Drug test and "medical" next to lto = 400 peso..time = 90 minuts !!!!!!!:mad:

    licence renewal = 417.63 start to finish..............time = 7minuts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

    Even with the delay for drug testing and the "medical", that's still a huge improvement. It used to take several hours.

    its about the same time in cebu roughly 2 hours if you are there in the morning. The afternoon is 3-4 hours. You should be glad they opened upa renewal branch at robinsons! Before it was 6 months at LTO DGTE or go to Cebu or Manila
