Greetings to current members.

My name is Paul, from the USA, but living in the Philippines on and off since 1992. Most of that time I was in Manila, then Cebu and more recently Dipolog. Retired from university teaching in 2005, my family and I are still active in the education field. I also am "outstanding" in our rice and corn fields, since I farm a bit, and have occasional construction projects--newly built or renovations, mostly houses, barns, garages. These projects find me buying and selling real estate some, but in the past 3 years, things have been stagnant. I am planning to relocate at least part of the time in Dumaguete, since we expect to have kids in school there, possibly beginning in late October, certainly getting enrolled in June 2012.
So, I look forward to meeting some of the forum members.
