A new restaurant has just opened in Dumaguete, it is called Paul Williams. It is located on the main highway near Russo’s carwash. It just opened up on April 14 and has a mix of Thai, Filipino and New Orleans style food, such as Gumbo. The picture below is of Paul Williams (the baby) Ray Banks and on his shirt is Mrs. Banks. Drop by and say hello to them and wish them luck.:D

Ray and I are both from Louisiana, Ray is from the big city of New Orleans and I am from the capital city of Baton Rouge and these two cities are neighbors but very competitive. So you know one of these days we will have to have a cook off to see who can make the best gumbo. Win or lose it will be a tantalizing treat for those that get a chance to sample our bayou cuisine. :D

    Thanks Rev!

i will surely drop by that place the next time i am in Dumzville. if Ray Banks cooked it, it definitely is delicious!

by the way, perhaps you can ask Ray and Florie if they can hire Nalyn24.

    regards,

    GUMBO is beans and shrimp
i will avoid this as it will remind me of work too much
but NEW orleans food is the best food in America
which isn't saying a great deal really
but I have had a reallygood meal down in the french quarter
First and only time this has happened in America
I don't like bionic beef or pre made chemically altered fast food
which leaves you up sh8t street in the US
