On the north Highway after St.Pauls College on the left side or about 500meters bevor the City Limit/Airport.

I have been following Suzuki's new imports for some time.

This is a VERY Filipino story, I will explain why.

Suzuki Philippines decided about 18 months ago to import some new to the country bikes. Suzuki make an enormous range and guess what they decided to port,

1300cc 300kph rocket, great for the wide open spaces of places like America and Australia. They had sold ONE bike after 12 months

    1000cc GSX R another rocket, 300 kph

    650 Gladius, up market 650cc

Either the people who made the decision are really stupid or they are not serious about selling bikes, or maybe both.

There were all sorts of other options, excellent DR 250's DR 400 or DR 650 singles, lower tech 650's the list goes on.

    All so very Filipino

I went to the Suzuki shop in Bais earlier this year. I don't know if it's duty or greed, but the bigger bikes are way more than in the US.

    - How can I afford to add the Mr Turbo kit?

oh i thought i was the only one noticing all these... lol
sometimes makes me think the philippines is being made the dump site of over-productions and design rejects! and not only suzuki i reckon.
(just making a point company guys...)

Prices on all motorbikes and cars far exceeds prices in the US. No Comparison.

My Yamaha Tmax is 10 years old here and it would sell for more right now here in the Philippines than the brand new 2010 is selling for in America at $5999

Same with refridgerators, BBQ's, Ovens, Aircons, toasters, blenders, etc. All cost more in the Philippines.
