    Hi Guys

    I have joined the site to gain more info about the area as I am potentially looking at living in the Dumaguete area.

    Had a fleeting visit about five days ago for 24 hrs but wasn't impressed initially with one exception........I ate at the Boston Market twice and found the food and prices excellent.

    Stayed at the Honeycomb hotel after getting ripped off by a local "taxi" driver for the shortest of journeys from the port.

    The hotels Matrimonal suite was grubby. poor plumbing and noisy.

    I then headed to Siquijor which I really loved. As I said a fleeting visit and I am sure I did not see the best bits

    So I am hoping to learn more
