Not sure if it has been posted. Larry Cummings is now the U.S. Warden here.
Guess I haven’t been here long enough to know what a local embassy warden does. A very brief explanation would be helpful if not too much trouble.

In Dumaguete they are mainly going to deal with expats who have died (dealing with remains) and relay information and check on expats who have been thrown in prison/jail. I believe they can also point you in the right direction for US Visa questions, though I don't think they can actually assist in any meaningful way, but I could be wrong about that. There are likely some other duties that I am unaware of.
They also attend periodically meetings and events at the U.S. Embassy and have contacts which may be helpful. Larry lives in Bacong and is a former Marine and is a golfer
How do I get in touch with Mr. Cummings if I need something?
I will get his contacts and post them
Larry Cummings contacts are 0945-158-1061 and 0918-943-6053. Larry, Steve Cleaver, and Don Kennedy are called Civilian Liaison Volunteers. They encourage Americans to join the US Gov STEP (safe traveler) program.
Does there happen to be 12 of these steps? Are Americans really that bad?
