Hi there..thanks for the great site...well done .
I have been visiting Duma for about 10 years now.
My wife is from Cebu and when I visit, Duma is my place of preference.
I bought some land in Valencia a few years ago and hope to retire there in a few years.
There seems to be mixed feelings on Valencia...but each to there own): .
I am coming early April ...hoping to start building the house.
So might catch up with a few of you then.
    Thanks Richard
