Noticed this on another site so maybe of interest to some. Dumaguete among world's 'best places to retire' | ABS-CBN News
I have heard that Medellin has become a peaceful law abiding city. It might make some kind of sense that since the government was cracking down there, just move operations and decentralize and leave the governments holding an empty bag?
Looks like another review for Dumaguete from Forbes! It's getting popular here with all these write ups etc etc. but is it a good thing or not? Hmmmm http://tenminutes.ph/forbes-list-best-cities-to-retire/
If you have a couple cups of coffee around noon at Sans Rival at the mall, you will see a lot of new faces, mostly with partners. Is it good? Not sure. Hopefully, it turns out good for them.
I'm glad those gorgeous guys upgraded the club! and i noticed, there's more young educated guys(wink wink)staying 3 or more months around dumaguete. Economy-McDo Club, Business Class-WhyNot Club and now Sosyal Class-Sans Rival Club.
