    Just came back after a 2 week Family-reunion-celebration in Luzon,so I had a 2 hour run through the Duma Nightlife, to find out ... no changes.

    Yeah well, maybe one. A famous place is relay emphasizing the house policy with a 1 meter high poster at the main-entrance...

    well, it seems like the only barefoot patron of that place won't go there for a while ...

    HAHA - well, the only spartan there it seemed is photo 4. I saw Islander-slippers in photo 3, so he was justified with it.
    (I do'nt understand why you are required to put shoes on and shirts with sleeves on where the country is warm! And yes, that only applies to the GENTS, ladies can go backless, belly-less tops, and toe-less sandals/shoes. But hey, we are supposed to be on a holiday, so not really into putting on work-clothes going there...)

    ....and MANY of them definitely should not do that anymore since a loooong time, that just kicks the taste out of my beer faster than the speed of light...

    But in general, the regulation makes perfect sense and is actually a very polite way to keep some specific people out of the place - at the end of the day it is a business where a owner wants to earn money and not hosting homeless trike-driver as a sign of charity ...

    Having a certain kind of customers sitting with 7 people the whole evening around one Red Horse but getting 50 times new buckets of ice won't pay the electric bill, staff, water and and and...
