The Noreco II payment center at Robinson Mall closed on July 1st. The sign in the window says go to the main office. Anyone have any good alternatives to pay bills other than the main office. Most of the banks are as long of a wait as Noreco. I am not aware of any online bill pay options for Noreco.
Supposed to ne opening at the market place near ceres as theyre too tight to pay the rent in robinsons.
There are none... they have not made any effort to either have an online payment or work with local banks to do online bill pay... attitude is "you have to pay or get turned off" and so there is no incentive to offer easy pay alternatives... just one of those "things" to adapt to...
This forum automatically converts dumaguete(dot)com to google.com. So the link posted above was automatically changed and does not work. Instead use dumaguete(dot)com in place of google.com OR Google "NORECO II - Where to pay your electric bill".
I just pay all our bills at the bank(UCPB, CocoBank), provided they are not overdue, saves on gas, queuing & general heartache.
I pay at the Main Office. I go to the Senior Citizen line. I think there were two times when I had to get a number. I usually spend less than 5 minutes each time.
