i'm one of the unlucky ones that got caught in noreco's recent ''billing error'' fufu. my bill was about doubled but my bills have been erratic for a year or so and i suspected someone is taping my power line but i've been afraid to accuse anyone until i catch them at it, so i've been observing the situation and i paid my (doubled) electric bill at the local noreco barangay office before the billing error was known to them and now they tell me that i hafta go to the noreco office in duma to get it fixed. jeeesh... i've yet to receive a corrected bill, maybe cuz noreco already has my pisos. anyone else get unlucky?
