    If you are visiting Panglao Island in Bohol, I highly recommend staying at Panglao Palms Apartelle.

    I lived there for a year and I very much enjoyed it. Liza & Colin are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and will take care of your needs.

    Although it is not within walking distance of popular Alona Beach they have motorbikes for rent at a very reasonable price (or they can summon you a trike or aircon taxi van). I believe this is a reasonable trade off to stay somewhere that costs a lot less than at Alona Beach.

    Fast ferries go from Dumaguete port to Tagbilaran port where Liza can have the aircon van pick you up for a reasonable cost.

    For breakfast/lunch/dinner I frequented.......

    Looks lovely. My SO has relatives there and we plan on visiting during school break. We will most likely check this place out and the Bohol Bee Farm restaurant sounds interesting. I will check that out also online if possible before we go. Thanks for posting!
