    I don't know.
Can anybody recommend a Peanut Butter Spread which isn't full of sugar like some that I have tasted here. I am from the UK and would normally eat 'SunPat' or Tesco's own brand.
    Thanks in advance.

Sweet peanut butter is a surprise when you aren't expecting it, eh? Much like Jollibee's "spaghetti". lol

I have always had to go look for imported brands at the larger grocery stores. Getting bread without sugar in it also proves to be a challenge at times.

As far as the bread....look for the American style bread. I used to buy it at the bakery at the front of Robinson's Supermarket.

Robinson's has it too, Jiffy and Peter Pan, crunchy or smooth.

Try Lislie's Homemade No Sugar. It's German homemade and good! Contact 09773001285 or (035) 4226168.

Never like paying more for something with less ingredients ("homemade" almost always ends up being more expensive). I usually just suck it up and buy the diabetes bread.

This bread is 75p per loaf but it does have 1/4 cup of sugar per loaf.

Tried the Jiffy, very nice, same as back home. Many thanks to those that answered.
