Once in a while I travel on an outgoing ferry from Dumaguete to................. In the light of the report by CNN it's not so difficult to understand when I see how passengers on a ferry are dealing with their trash; just throw it overboard into the sea, while dozen of baskets on board of a ferry are available to dispose of it properly, It simply means that people have really no idea/interest what is the result of their own behaviour.
Have they ever? I mean whilst the Article brings to the Fore, it has been an ongoing issue all over world for centuries. Waste Disposal must have one of the biggest Cost tags of All and possibly be the Greatest Detriment to our Universe but as we say, "If things don't change, they will stay as they are" JP
