This photo is taken on Malapascua Beach, this family was collecting sea urchins for dinner, they chop them open while they are still alive and scoop the top gooey part out in to a container. They gave us a taste fresh out of the shell and it actually tasted good

Malapascua was so nice and quiet, I wish we had better weather when we went there though, the waves were a little too big for just lazing around in the water

I also wish we had a little more time on our visit to Malapascua Island, it is generally known as the Boracay that did not get overused and over developed. so Malapascua still has that unspoilt feeling about it.

The sand on Malapascua Beach is very white and very fine, a walk up and down the main beach takes half an hour to an hour depending how fast you walk and you are walking in the fine sand all the way

Malapascua Beach is definately one of the best beaches in the Philippines, I will for sure make it back there.
