we use PLDT service in daro and for more than three years it has been generally pretty good. the past few months it has deteriorated. out visit to the PLDT office more than a week ago was the fourth in about three months. this time there has been no case number assigned. at least not given to us. the office does not reply to emails. no service tech has called we are told fiber is not available to our location. we are told Globe is no better. suggestions?
