To list one (1) property for sale on Dumaguete Info there is a one-time $20.00 USD fee (around P930-950 depending on daily exchange rates). This fee goes straight towards Dumaguete Info's server, software and maintenance costs.

Payment can be made by going to the Account Upgrades and choosing the "Classifieds: Advertise a Property for Sale" package.

Note: The "7 days" text above the purchase button indicates how long you will have permission on the website to initially list your property, not how long it will stay listed on the website.

Once you click the "Purchase" button you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will be given several different payment options.

Once the payment is verified (usually this takes seconds/minutes but sometimes can take up to 24 hours) you should see a blue "Create an Item" button near the top right of this page.
