    Why Not and Coco Amigos

    Don't know any

A great night out for us is simply sitting in Coco Amigos one of the nights they do not have a band, listen to concert DVDs and have a quiet beer.

In town I would choose Bethel Guest House, outside city limits we would start looking at resorts, and I believe Antulang and Atlantis would be the winners there.

    Buglasan was very entertaining.

Cheapest Taxis? well we don't have taxis in Dumaguete, but if you are going home to your resort at night after a good night out, you might not want to get your trike outside Why Not, they tend to try to fleece their customers there. Walk a little and find a trike roaming on the streets in stead and you will be better off.

I enjoy swimming and snorkeling here.

The vast amount of students compared to the citys population.

The clean air, the friendly people, the ocean.

I usually work at night, Internet is faster and more reliable.

Dumaguete City T-shirts of course, they got heaps in Lee Plaza.

There are lots and lots of good eatieries by the boulevard, try as many places as possible.

The folks at the regional Tourism Board are quite friendly and they can help you a lot. Also management in Atlantis are helpful and will steer you in the right direction. I also had some cool talks with the dive master on Apo Island Beach Resort, he knows a lot about the dive sites over there.

Unusual thing to do.. not sure I understand what you mean here, an unusual thing to do here would be walking backwards home... LOL

    A Mango.. mangos are cool

    the boulevard
    local handicrafts
    balut, sans rival, chicharon

    Why Not
    No idea
I'd be biased. It would be my birthday party at Payag. I had a luau theme. It's something you don't get to do often in Manila. Locals would probably say, a Wednesday night at Hayahay.
Exclusive? In terms of price? I guess, Bethel if it's within Dumaguete City.
    Buglasan
Rent a motorbike to get around the city and neighboring towns.
On Saturday night, they have fresh veggies from valencia that are cheaper around the area of the public market.
Does drinking count? A lot are into racing motorbikes from what I've noticed, They also do alot of skimboarding in the neighboring town of Sibulan.
    don't know any
Less traffic, cleaner air, near the beach, accessible to other tourist destinations, laid back
I also work at night. But if I get time out, I usually would
    - Get a couple of drinks at either Payag Sa Likod or Hayahay
    - Walk along the boulevard
    - Get a massage! (It's cheaper here. Thai Massage at either Thai Boran or Nuat Thai only costs 150. A SPA massage costs about 300 at Urban Nirvana.)
    no idea
Sansrival, Panda's Fried Ice Cream, Mamia's Crab Stuffed Fish Fillet
I know one but I can' give you the name yet. I'll ask permission.
Customs wise, i think there is none. Dumaguete is rich with different cultures due to the various nationalities who lives here.
15.) If this destination were a fruit, what fruit would it be and why?[/QUOTE]
Coconut, never out of season and refreshing
