She really must have been a pretty nice lady. Imagine they that had to go through 25 years of records of a government employee to finally find she did something wrong. The Catholic Church should make her a Saint because as an government employee (elected or not) she obviously is a miracle in the Philippines to be honest for such a long period of time. It must have been her personality because she also obviously pissed someone else off for the vengeance extracted.
