Silahis Rosario at Silliman Hospital is the one my mom and dad visit. She seems nice enough and knowledgeable. We are just visiting her for maintenance purposes and do not have any experience with her surgical skills. From every thing I have read even in Cebu you better do your own research and read up on any condition you have and the medicines you are taking for it. I have looked up most of my parents meds and questioned the Dr about anything that I think needs addressed as I attend each visit with them. So far so good but I think if anything major was needed we would seriously consider going to Cebu.
