My son had an US Angus rib eye steak I bought for him at Blair's today and told me it was the best steak he has had in the Philippines. I had a byte and had to agree - very tender. This one was a little thicker than others I have had from there. IMO a case of you get what you pay for which is why I can only afford a steak every 4 months or so.
Tried one of Blairs 8oz ribeye's yesterday and have to agree with Pat, gave it 2 min each side on the barbeque and it was the best i have had here for home cooking and better than what i have had in most restaurants, tasty and tender.
