If you are referring to the safety of children in the presence of fish and other marine life (referring to the area of the forum this was posted to) then that really depends on the species. Some are dangerous and others are not. However, I don't think the fish have racial preferences when dealing with children.

well, as we talk about mixed ones...
the half green-half red one get deported to Cebu and get a Job as traffic Light to minimum salary, while the red-white-yellow-blue-green-orange ones get some cuts and filed (or is "rasped" correct, well I guess you know what I mean) down to be sold as chinese-import "Rubik cubes" for 29 Peso at Uni-Tops. Hope that helps...

    cheers

PS: Yes, I know I am full of it ...

Although our dear Guru (very 'derivative') will have another opinion, it's not 100% safe but not at all 'very unsafe'.
It also depends so much on were you are staying/living AND ....... how you behave and are taking certain risks.
But Ecelle, as earlier mentioned at another topic:
Stay cool and let it come over you. We as forum members are very peacefull
