Hey admins, two suggestions to GREATLY improve search. An article from 2015 is usually worse than useless: put date of found articles (some do) in results, or allow search within last 6 months, or "day," "week," "month," "year;" google search within first results has "tools" at the upper right allowing time filters.. (tried to start a conversation with AndyG, said "can't do dat." Am i blocked or WTF ??)
Do you mean threads? This is already a feature. You can do that: If you are talking about the front end of the website I can't help out with that. You don't have any account restrictions that I can see. How are trying to start a conversation?
thanks Rye; My problem is i was talking about the little "dumaguete Info Search / enhanced by google" at the top of each page.. I SHOULD BE USING the "Forums" / "Search Forums" AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE, which indeed has everything i was looking for and WILL USE henceforth. <grin> If only one other person had this problem, then i don't feel so dumb ;...... I think i know what i did wrong in conversation, so no problem .
