    Festivals are a popular and significant tradition of Filipinos in general and Cebu City is in no way immune to this, hence, the Sinulog Festival, also known as Fiesta Señor. Celebrated every third Sunday of the first month of the year, the Sinulog Festival is commemorated by a highly elaborate parade that the Cebuanos enjoy and participate in.
