    Talking of long lines - the line in Market Place this afternoon was around four rows of seats, along to the steps near the front entrance, up the steps and 30 ft along the upper floor. I estimated a 2.5-3 hour wait. Not for all the seniors out there, of course.

    We were there this afternoon but played the senior card, no problem straight in :cigar:
    There could be an earning opportunity for seniors here, just offer to pay peoples bill for a small fee, be better and safer for the ones that jump behind cars reversing out of parking spaces and waving their arms about for a couple of pesos :greedy:
    Seriously though, something should be done about the situation, as i said we went in the afternoon at around 1.30 and there was only 1 teller manned when there are spaces for 3.
    NORECO get a grip, do you not want people to pay their bills.

    There were two on later, around 4pm. Maybe lunch break for one of them earlier. I think that more could take advantage of the online payment option though and maybe that's what Noreco's aim is - make customers wait so long that in the end they give in and look for the alternatives. It worked for me and no looking back.

    Ah, yeah it was around lunch time about 11 am. I don't trust the on-line banking system over here. So I will put up with the old long seniors line.
