A friend of mine lives at the 6 Km mark in Bacong and Sky Cables new 3, 6 and 12 Mbps is available there. Checked with Sky Cable yesterday and they said "Just come on in, and we connect you in less than an hour".
Same answer as they gave me last week..... I went to Sky's office, signed a paper and in exact 35 minutes we had our highspeed upgrade.
If you want to get things down....trust Annie at Sky's office...225-0200
    It really makes a difference.

Try testing the connection to overseas servers. I doubt many people here are surfing websites that are hosted in Quezon City...(even DI is hosted in the US)

In my experience (using Sky Broadband in Makati), Sky's connection speed to US-based servers is actually slower than Globe or PLDT...

I would not ring the bell for them that loud. At present a few customer sharing their whole bandwidth. as soon they get a reasonable number of customers in the same will happen like with all "up to xxx Mbps" provider in this region here.

as long there are only a few, enjoy it to the max

I was just going to say the same thing....I just ran a speedtest on my 6 mbps connection here in Makati...it registered 0.73 mbps down and 0.42 up to the Speedtest server in San Francisco...but, of course...many subscribers here...
