I use the Sky Cable Internet and TV package. Most of the issues I have with slow Internet speeds has to do with speeds between the Phils and USA. Worse in the afternoon and evening. Often painfully slow. Fast in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Connections to Hong Kong are usually fast. I have had very few issues with the local Sky connection. Speed test between here and Bacolod or Manila are fast. Do the others have better contracts with companies that operate undersea cables?
