I've tried calling the slaughterhouse, but I'm getting a fax noise while trying to hear the faint voice at the other end.. Does anyone know how it works over there? Can you just show up with say a pig and then what - they pay you per/kg live weight, or dressed weight? Does the price per kg change more than once a day? How much does the price move..centavos/kg or ?peso/kg Where is the slaughterhouse exactly? I can't find any address info online. Where do I turn off the highway and head West? Any other info appreciated.
