Hello guys been a long time since I stuck my head in, I am constructing a temporary (hopefully) cabin out of coco wood, a friend said I should go solar, 12 volt pump for water, inverter for things like refrigerator and TV. Solar panel for battery charging, and toying with the idea of a windmill with an 12v alternator.

As I was looking at the cost of a water tank and tower, which I don’t know prices of yet.

Any one up on solar and costing???

Brian at the finish line seems to be pretty knowledgeable on solar.

image.jpg Also have a look at solar power products online store on facebook, good selection at good prices on there. Windmills are not worth bothering with Brian as you need a good wind speed to even start them, we don't get it here.
Cdr king also have some solar stuff, check it out online.

The Finish Line is a restobar at the airport. The owner there is very knowledgeable on solar tech.

I saw a large sign for "solar" on the east side of the highway, north of Garcias (old restobar). I assumed that it was for solar equipment but on second thought if could be Solar "anything." You or I can check it out.
