Hi guys, did you know that there is something going on in Dumaguete City? Yes, the 2nd International Rondalia Festival or "Cuerdas sa Panaghiusa" is performing in the newly opened convention center. There are about 9-10 countries participating in that event. Please check it out.

Great things are in store for Dumaguete city and Oriental Negros. As an article in the Dumaguete Informer newspaper stated, Oriental Negros and Dumaguete City are poised for greatness.

Just imagine this, according to the plan at the Dumaguete Business Park, Dumaguete may soon have its high rise buildings in that formerly swampy area near St Louis School.

great even more attention for this once quaint backwater that i've spent years trying to find
just as i find it so does half the world it seems
as i said I hope it never changes
its already getting a bit too commercial and polluted
any attention it receives is only bad as far as i'm concerned in this increasingly small, overcrowded and commercialised sh*thole of a world we now live in

By the infamous words of Nacho the luchador, "Take it easy, my friend." It's not only our home, it ours too. As long as they manage those buildings, it wouldn't be that bad.
