Visa Question special non-immigrant visas under Section 47 (a)(2)

Hi

Has anyone got a special non-immigrant visas under Section 47 (a)(2)? As we will be staying in the Philippines doing volunteer work we would like to get this rather than 'doing' the 59day thing.

the visa you want is not easy to get and i think you must do in manila
its easier you go for the 59 days and extend again and again since your stay is only one year
